After completing treatment for Breast Cancer, I feel like the key to staying healthy will include a change in my diet. I have read many raw books, still unsure if I could do it. Natalia’s book gives a great 30 day plan that is easy to follow. It can help the transition to raw or serve as a diet plan that may be easier to maintain. It also helped me get into jucing. I have owned a juicer for years and never really used it. I am loving the green lemonade. I highly recommend this book and I am ordering her other books as well.
5 Stars keeps getting better
I own all of Natalia’s previous books and so, even though I know that each of her books builds upon the last, I thought that maybe I wouldn’t have to buy this book and it would simply be information that can already be found in the other books. I say this because since Natalia is so thorough and I remembered reading specifications for women who are more sensitive to yeast/sugars/starches, I figured all the information was already there. I even went to the bookstore to flip through it and see if it was worth it. I walked out disappointed because it looked like the same stuff, but at the same time I was glad I’d saved some money. Well, so much for that. I went home and after thinking it over decided to buy it after all, that’s how much faith and trust I have in this author. I am very happy I did and don’t regret it at all. Even if you have her other books, this one will be a wonderful addition to your library. The information in it is priceless, her tone is encouraging, gentle, understanding, and loving. Whereas I have found myself briefly considering other detox programs or cleansing diets that I hoped would not yet again be another diet, I would soon give it up because it felt too restricting. This, however, is a whole ‘nother story. This time it doesn’t feel scary, it is not terribly daunting. In fact, it’s exciting. Instead of dreading weeks of denying myself, I feel like I will finally be taking care of my body the way I should have been long ago. Please do yourself and your precious body a great favor. Buy this book, borrow it from the library, a friend, read it at the bookstore, whatever. Just get the information and begin applying it and loving yourself. Good luck!:)
5 Stars Such a necessary health re-education!
I own Natalia’s two previous books and have been dabbling in raw foods for the last few years. I am sold on the merits of raw foods but have struggled with remaining fully committed. This book provides a very do-able 30 day plan and Natalia provides all the information to understand the “why” and the “how” of what we are undertaking with a detox and diet overhaul such as this.
I especially love the included “real” woman stories of her clients. You will definitely be able to relate to their stories and get to read how this plan has turned those common struggles around for them. Most notable for me was the inclusion of an experience of one of her clients who is a marathoner as well as a section on athletes. I run and work out quite a bit so sometimes sticking to such a light diet seems like an enormous challenge. I need the reminder that it is the right way to eat despite my relatively active lifestyle. In fact, I have had my fastest paces during some of my mostly “raw” weeks.
This is a lifestyle overhaul and I really appreciate such a sensible plan as laid out in this book. I’ve got all my groceries and am kicking this plan off tomorrow morn. I also intend to start studying at the school that Natalia originally attended which, lucky for me, is only a few miles down the road.
Detox 4 Women is providing a diet re-education that we all could benefit from tremendously. Get a copy and incorporate at least a bit of what she talks about. You will do your body and your well being a world of good!

This book contains a wealth of valuable information to improve your health and maintain it. It is easy to follow and keep up. The recipes are delicious and not difficult to prepare. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in improving their health and maintaining it.

I am so glad to be the first guy to reveiw this book! Natalia is simply a genius! Not only does she accurately define our modern health problems, she offers a concise, effective, and user-friendly solution! Towards the end she even reminds us that the purpose of taking care of ourselves is not to have a good body or to get our diets right, but to free up our time and energy to accomplish our dreams, which will ultimately create a peaceful world. This program delivers results that are unparalleled.
