5 Stars A New Concept!
I love this book! I am recommending it to all my friends. Truly it is a new concept in cooking and eating! Nutritionists are telling us to eat more fruits and vegetables, but sometimes it is difficult to know how to create meals with so many ingredients. Robin Jeep’s recipes often look like they are throwing in everything but the kitchen sink, but the end results are tasty and healthy. In the black bean soup, it went against my preconceived ideas to cook carrot juice, but I made the carrot juice and added it to the soup, and it really gave it a richer flavor. I really like that you can make a big pot of vegetable soup without meat and without bouillon. I also like how she incorporates beans and greens into the soups. I think most people could benefit from cooking this way.

4 Stars Healthy & Awareness
I am so exited about this book which has so much information in it. It has helped me to look at our eating habits and the way we were taught to eat. This has opened my eyes to a much better way of nourishing my body. As the years pass on, I realize that age, good health and a strong body & mind are the most important to us all. I am thankful this information is available for us to learn. My goal is to incorporate as much healthy foods as I can each day.

5 Stars Loads of Health Tips and Great Recipes
I found this book to be a great book for people who would like to eat more plant food without plunging into a 100% raw diet. I am very impressed with the fact that Robin also worked with Dr. Furhman. I like how Robin includes four different diets: This is important, because our protein needs differ, and some people cannot just jump right into a raw vegan diet.

I also like how Robin includes so many of her personal stories, like how she went to Europe with only $35 in her purse, and ended up marrying a European prince! The book is filled with anecdotes as we follow not only her health journey, but spiritual. The spiritual chapter on forgiveness alone makes the book worth buying. My mother’s final words to me, on her death bed, were about the importance of forgiveness. She felt that this led to her cancer. Robin includes a very simple exercise to help you forgive the people who have hurt you the most. This worked for Robin, even with someone who had kidnapped her daughter!

The book is also a great reference book, with details on supplements and nutritional properties of food, and even a great recipe for feeding your dog a superantioxidant diet! (This healed her dog of kidney problems.) There are also chapters on other crucial aspects of health, including breathing, exercise, emotions, and more.

5 Stars It cured MRSA when 5 months of antibiotics didn’t work!
I battled MRSA staff infection for over 5 months after trying every antibiotic known to man. Dr. Couey came to my church and challenged me to try his “Couey Challenge” which is in this book. I did and after only 2 weeks of faithfully following his diet, I tested MRSA free. My surgeon was amazed at how this diet beat a staff infection that his lab was saying could not be combated by any known antibiotic. It has been over 8 months and I am still staff free. Thank you Dr. Couey for telling me about this book! I recommend it to everyone that I know!

5 Stars Proof’s in the Pudding
My 103 year old mother and I have been on Robin Jeep and Dr. Couey’s Antioxident Diet for about 2 years now. Mother just does not seem to age on this nutrient dense diet. She can still stay at home alone and seems to enjoy life even at this advanced age. We highly reccommend Robin’s book and new way of approaching life as well as eating. It takes some adjusting to but Robin gives such wonderful easy hints for transitioning that it is not a painful process. I am feeling better than I have in many years and seldom have that terrible craving for sweets that we have all had in the past. The nutrient dense smoothies take the edge off of “hunger”. It is really neat to have a “New way of Life” when you thought your life was almost over! In summary all I can say is, “Try it, You will definitely like it”.
