4 Stars Detoxing ignorance
After years of out of the box and restaurant meals I was blessed with a gag Christmas gift of Blissful Detox. The boyfriend and I immediately decided to try it out, and were pleasantly surprised to find that the recipes are quick, tasteful and truly healthy.
While the directions have a tendency to be vague, they are fairly intuitive. Close your eyes, sprinkle the spices, and be adventurous.
All the recipes are suppose to feed 2, but in some cases they feed more. Several recipes taste even better after a day as left overs. And with in a week you will begin to feel and see the difference in your body and skin. I recommend this to anyone who is afraid of bland “health-food” diets. The recipes are exciting and flavorful, and you will soon find yourself being creative with the ingredients and what you can do with them
